Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Field Inspector to join our team part-time. This role involves conducting after-dark inspections of signs and lighting at commercial and multi-family sites. Ideal candidates will have strong observational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough inspections of signs and lighting fixtures within designated geographic areas.
Identify and document any outages, damages, or maintenance issues.
Report findings accurately and promptly using company-provided systems.
Communicate effectively with the team to ensure timely resolution of reported issues.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during inspections.
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Availability to work evenings and weekends.
Schedule:
Part-time 8-15 Hours weekly.
Compensation:
Pay: $24-26/hr plus mileage reimbursement
